Construction
Access Classic Vault Doors are made of highest-quality proprietary materials necessary to pass UL’s most severe tests at Class 1, 2 & 3 levels. In addition, all exposed surfaces feature a maintenance-free stainless steel finish.

Other standard features include a full-length locking bar, insuring total top-to-bottom contact with the door’s locking jamb, two concealed UL listed combination locks plus a daytime safety detent lock securing the door in open position. A built-in micro-switch is designed to activate an alarm if door is not fully engaged when closing and locking, while an emergency ventilator is concealed in the door.

Access Classic Vault Doors are available in UL Rating Class 1, 2 & 3, with a 36” clear opening path for pedestrian and handcart traffic. A three-movement 144-hour time lock is concealed behind the flush panel on the back of the door.

Stainless Steel Finish
All exposed metal surfaces are finished in a gleaming stainless steel including the massive full length locking bar, door edges and jamb area creating a totally maintenance free door.

Wide Clear Opening
The large 36" clear opening and flat sill allow convenient access for people and carts.

Deluxe Day Gates
Features complete stainless steel framework with dark tempered glass.

Locking System
Includes 2-4 wheel Group 1, UL Listed combination locks.

Timelock
Underwriters Laboratory (UL) listed 3 movement time locks are concealed behind the flush panel on the back of each door.

Vault Ventilator
The emergency ventilator is built into the door.

Day Guard Lock
When activated, a daytime safety detent lock secures the locking bar in an open position and is designed to prevent locking personnel inside the vault under holdup conditions.

Optional Emergency Release
Allows unhindered exit from the vault in case of locked-in condition.

Uniqueness
Access's light-weight vault panels are constructed of technically innovative materials that include high strength, tempered concrete, metal fibers, reinforcing rods and steel pans. Our panels offer increased flexibility while providing a product that will stand the test of time. These extremely durable panels eliminate the problem of deterioration and result in the thinnest panels in the industry to ever be UL listed.

Convenience
Thinner panels mean, for the first time, that high security vaults are not restricted to ground floor installations. It also means that vault footprints can be smaller and installations can be more cost effective due to reduced assembly time.

Flexibility in design
On design configurations, we can be extremely flexible. Vaults of almost any size can be constructed. Standard size panels are used whenever possible and panels of alternate sizes produced to provide the exact dimension required to meet the specific measurement of the vault. The vault door and HVAC port(s) can be placed in virtually any location. New panels can be used to retrofit older vaults or other existing structures in order to increase the level of protection.
